Vivian is a certified professional in healthcare quality and was also certified by the American Society for Quality as a quality auditor. She has 20 years of experience in healthcare quality, risk management, patient safety, accreditation, and regulatory compliance. She is currently employed at Harris Health as the Administrative Director for Accreditation & Regulatory Affairs department. She was serving as President of Texas Gulf Coast Association for Healthcare Quality in the last few years and continue to be active supporting the local health care professional organization as the treasurer.
